House Rules
Bienvenidos a La Casa de los Pájaros.
We want you to enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, and pleasant stay.
To help keep the house in good condition, respect the surroundings, and ensure a harmonious atmosphere,
we ask that you read and follow these basic rules during your stay.
1. Entry and Exit
Check-in begins at the time indicated in the reservation.
Please check out before the agreed-upon time. Please leave the house tidy,
turn off the lights and electrical appliances, close the doors and windows, and return the keys
as instructed.
2. People staying there
Only the people included in the reservation and registered at
via the Traveler Registration Form may stay at the house.
You may not invite unregistered guests to stay overnight or exceed the agreed-upon occupancy
without prior authorization.
3. No smoking indoors
La Casa de los Pájaros is a smoke-free facility.
Smoking is not permitted inside the residence, including bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen
, and bathrooms. This rule also applies to e-cigarettes, vapes, and
similar devices.
If you smoke in designated outdoor areas, please use an ashtray and do not throw
cigarette butts on the ground, in the garden, in flower pots, in fountains, or in natural areas.
4. Caring for Furniture and the Home
Please treat the house with care and respect.
Do not move furniture from one room to another or take outdoor furniture
that belongs inside the home outside.
Any damage, breakage, or defect must be reported as soon as possible. The security deposit
may be used to cover damage, losses, extraordinary cleaning costs, or violations
of these rules.
5. Responsible Use of the Kitchen and Appliances
The kitchen and appliances should be used responsibly and safely.
It is not permitted to bring in or use external appliances or high-
-consumption devices without prior authorization, such as stoves, deep fryers, griddles,
space heaters, electric grills, barbecues, heaters, or other similar equipment.
Mobile phone chargers, laptops, and small personal electronic devices (
) intended for normal use may be used.
Before going out or going to sleep, please make sure that the kitchen, oven, hob, heaters, electrical appliances and taps are properly switched off or closed.
6. Fish, animals and surroundings
The house is part of an environment that we want to preserve.
Please do not feed the fish excessively or throw bread, food leftovers or other products into the water. If you would like to feed the fish, please ask first about the proper way to do so.
Do not disturb, capture or harm animals in the area. Please respect plants, trees, garden areas and natural elements.
7. Rest and coexistence
Please respect the rest of neighbours and other people in the area.
Parties, noisy celebrations and loud music are not allowed without prior authorisation.
At night, noise must be reduced in outdoor areas, terraces and shared spaces.
8. Cleaning and waste
During your stay, please keep the house in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness.
Rubbish must be placed in the appropriate containers. Please do not leave food waste, rubbish bags or packaging inside the house at the end of your stay.
Crockery, utensils and kitchenware should be left tidy and, as far as possible, clean or placed in the dishwasher.
9. Children
Adults responsible for children must supervise them at all times.
Special care should be taken on stairs, terraces, patios, outdoor areas, near water, animals, fireplaces, the kitchen or any area that may require caution.
10. Safety
For safety reasons, electrical panels, installations, locks, climate control systems, technical equipment or maintenance elements of the house must not be handled.
In case of breakdown or incident, please contact the property so that it can be dealt with properly.
11. Personal belongings
The property is not responsible for personal belongings left behind, lost or damaged during the stay.
Before leaving, please check bedrooms, bathrooms, wardrobes, sockets, drawers and outdoor areas.
12. Breach of the rules
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the full or partial retention of the security deposit when there is damage, extraordinary cleaning, disturbances, improper use of the property or any loss caused during the stay.
